阮济云（越南传）咏春六点半棍 （一）

本门的六点半棍由霍保全先师传给阮济云再传下。
这套六点半棍法基本的马步仍采用长桥大马的架势,有别于咏春拳术的短桥窄马。虽如此，但实质上整套棍法的技击法门完全谙合拳术的心法。七尺二长的长棍，棍打扇面，移机剪步，中线直入，一点取胜。
学习六点半棍法之前，必须进行一些基本的练习,如扯棍马、砘棍、推棍、枪棍等。砘棍的开始阶段，要在棍梢加上适当的重量（比如铁套），以体验砘棍时的弹斗发放之劲力。等到各个基本练习熟习，就可以进行套路的学习。最后，则进入由各点棍法自由组合的缠圈的黐棍练习。
阮济云六点半棍辅助练法
阮济云先生在越南传授的咏春拳，其中包括了许多阮济云经过实践应用过程中总结出来的方法，并有所强化。阮济云教授的一些徒弟，后来返回广西原籍，并在广西又再传授了少数几个人。这些传人忆述，在棍法上，有一些在六点半棍棍法基础上的辅助练习方法，是很实用的拦扎用法。这里介绍的是陈庆君先生演示的扎棍法,就似扎枪法，简单、直接，讲究角度、劲力等技术方法。
