With the advancement of web and information technologies, internet has been growing rapidly, on which information both being able to be published through websites, and also garthered in the internet "ocean" by downloading required informations from the websites according to certain indexing and searching method. The combination of emerging cutting edge internet technologies and traditional introduction method has created new web media solutions. The website has adopted ASP programming and other relevant Dreamweaver web page making technologies, established database using Microsoft Access 2003 to facilitate data management and maintain the data integrity and timeliness, by which the interactive website has successfully been constructed with several completed major fuctions required for the Xinjiang Uyghur folklore culture website, such as the fuctional designs of interactively added folklore culture informations; the added download of Xinjiang folk songs and musics; introduction of unique local travel resources, visitor comments etc. The users can use background management interface conveniently to undertake the website management, implementing various executions to the website and facilitating timely update of the own folklore culture information from the website administrator. Excepted the purpose of self expression served by the folklore culture website, how to ustilize the feedbacks to their own folklore culture from visitors to adjust the relevant website informations is also especially essential. And so it is, what the visitor comments feature on the website has been made for. A good visitor comments system can bring the great advantage to the website, enabling the realization of interaction between the website administrator and visitors , comprehension of the most required informations and interests from visitors, and supply of the better service to visitors in general, which is the common knowledge. By this, finally the design of the whole website may have the basis for conclusion and identifying some inadequecies and generating opinions.
