迫切需要这方面的资料，红十字会在这次救灾中很大程度上相当于一个信息化的物流中心，据一个朋友讲，国外的救灾应急机构在发生灾难时会请一些专业的物流公司或者信息系统公司介入，不知道是否真有此事，另外，翻译一些国外红十字会的运作方式，也可以让中国的红十字会在下一次类似的应急工作中作参考，还是请好心的译者帮忙找找吧。谢谢。
