In America larger companies and the government have race/gender diversity programs to actively recruit underrepresented groups. Of course, FB didn't have that, but I'm joking that we were hired only because it did.

He (Tom LeNoble) replaced me as the ranking member of the age diversity program.
What is "age diversity program"?
