As a drama broadcast on CCTV-1 at the beginning of 2008, Adventure in Kanto, the large-scale television series jointly produced by Shandong TV & Film Production Center and Dalian TV Station, has initiated a tide of high audience rating all over the country. CSM statistical data show that, up to January 6th, the average audience rating for the first ten episodes of this television series has reached 5.9 percent, the average audience share has reached 15.2 percent and the highest audience rating has reached 6.84 percent. This result has exceeded that of Emperor Wu of Han Dynasty, the history drama broadcast on CCTV before.
