date:22/05/2008  i went to the ningbo newspaper company,select in random,i check 39 sample,the problem is below:

1.the red colour is too much different to our sample.six sample is too dark but still acceptable,two sample 's colour is too light so cannot meet our requirement.

2.the 4 sample's colour i got from the blue is too deep,beyond our bearance---but we have to accept is for the dilevery time is near and the influence to the quality is not so much.

after analysis to the factory and the producing procedure,the reason cause the printing problem is:

1.the red colour lof layout show dark,the reason is the factory didnot reconcile the ink at the same time

2.the two sample layout's colour is too light owe to the worker's attitude not so respossible.

3.the blue layout(except the reason above have metion),the reason include the colour different of the paper.(there is a sentence i cannot understand because i lack of the print knowledge)

the solution:

1 keep good communicate with general manager mr.li,let mr.li inform the factory make sure before producing the factory qc or print master check the colour.

2 the prepare paper should not mix with the product paper.

3 emphasis to the worker,let them more careful during working.
